Oceânico O'Connor Golf Course, perfectly complements the Faldo Course, whilst taking advantage of the rich valley soil, in contrast to the arid hillside, this course offers no less of a challenge, requiring accurate play.|The front 9 holes encounter a number of lakes, the 3rd being recognized by a Moorish relic situated on a island in the adjacent lake. Holes 7, 8 and 9 offer a particular challenge, where the water hazards could force a lack of concentration. Hole-10 leads play away from the northern boundary, setting up the challenge for the inward nine. Large bodies of water and meandering watercourses will test players all the way to the 18th.

Nice surroundings but the course was not in good shape due to problems with water supply. But the layout of the course was interesting to play.

Had to wait at every teebox. Sometimes three flights on a par 4. it‘s very annoying like this. The course conditions were ok-good.

Unfortunately the quality of this course has deteriorated and is in need of some restoration. In its current state it is not worth the green fee.

Golf course overbooked. Need more gaps between tee-times to avoid 5+ hour rounds. Course conditions were generally OK but looking very tired cosmetically. Slow service in clubhouse.

Course was very busy - almost 5 hour round. Nothing you guys can do about it. Great course but very tricky green's. Good day overall.
