Nick Faldo Golf Course, designed by Nick Faldo, with strategic play in mind, this golf course demands careful positioning to score well, rocky outcrops, meandering watercourses and views to the distant mountains and orange groves defining its essential character.|Faldo golf course opens with a testing uphill, Par-4, offering a number of 'risk reward' opportunities. The downhill, Par-5, fourth encounters a meandering watercourse, which comes into play on three of the front 9 holes and two on the back niine. The inward 9 holes include several, blind holes which will become the talking point of the '19th hole cognoscenti'. Faldo golf course offers a serious testing for the mid low handicap players, and can be a serious nightmare for beginners. In all Faldo golf course needs to be played more then once to give any player a chance of a good score.

Too tough for the average golfer but still a very pleasant experience as we were paired with a couple of lovely British chaps .
We prefer Christy O,Connor which we are playing again tomorrow

Not our favorit!! You have to use a buggy what we do not like, many holes are blind holes and the conditions are not at high level as the price!!

Friendly and helpful staff. Interesting course. Highly undulating and buggy only course.Tees not mown. Greens were true and fast. However pace of play was appalling. Once again far too many players on the golf course. Had to wait on every tee and no rhythm so unable to enjoy. Its obviously a management problem. Unable to finish the round due to slow play and lack of light. 1.10pm tee time should have been sufficient for 4.75 hours. The whole experience was ruined by the pace of play.

Faldo is always worth to play. But the conditions after a dry summer are not so good. They are working on it.

Challenging golf. O‘Connor is the more „finished“ golf course of the 2. Faldo is entertaining and in „okay condition“.

Golf course overbooked. Need more gaps between tee-times to avoid 5+ hour rounds. Course conditions were generally OK but looking very tired cosmetically. Slow service in clubhouse.

Course was way better in the past, now a lot of works are not done, some bunkers looks like they have been never been maintained etc

The buggies were really annoying, cut out anywhere near the greens and are ridiculously slow. The tee boxes on half the greens are like teeing out of a bunker, overall quite dissapointed.

Course design will always be good but definite signs of neglect - grass around bunkers not trimmed, grass growing in bunkers, surrounds of greens very dry with little or no grass growth. Know both courses went through hard times with covid and water issues and still needs time and money spent to make the course worthy of their course designers names.
