Quinta do Lago North Golf Course - The terrain is superb and typical of the area, sandy and littered with umbrella pines trees. In the spring, the rough is covered with a blanket of wild flowers, heather and gorse. The bunkering is incomparable, both on the fairways and surrounding the greens and gives the course an advantage over many of similar quality and design. The golf course is an anti-clockwise loop and favours the players who can draw the ball.|All the famous male and female players who have experienced this course, including 'Ryder Cup' and 'Curtis Cup' team members, have been euphoric in their praise for this course, which will soon take its place among the great European layouts.

Very pleasant round in just under 4hours today. As a twosome we were paired with a fine young Englishman who was a very good player. For senior golfers the silver tees are playable and combine challenge with a chance of making pars.

Great course in lovely condition.
The greens were incredibly quick some quirky pin positions made putting a bit of a lottery.
A lot of building work going on beside some of the fairways.
All up enjoyed the day and worth the money

Very disappointed we weren't made aware the driving range was closed… in addition the practise green wasn’t cut so no warm up possible. The course was in great condition and very enjoyable.

Course in OK condition (not great) … somewhat resulting from recent wet weather. Indifferent customer service. Pace of play was good. Lots of building work visible adjacent to the course.

Golf absolutely fine, with trouble free round 4 hrs 20 mins including 2 walkers.
Signage from 18th North ,back to the clubhouse could be better.
